Founded by sisters Delphine Godley Sellars and Lucille Godley Patterson in 2016, Urban Community AgricNomics (UCAN) in Durham, North Carolina is a 501(c)3 nonprofit rooted in a simple belief: everyone deserves the opportunity to grow their own food, care for the land, and live in harmony with the world around them.
